The GDS Series displays unrival performance through advanced shock absorbing technology. A specifically designed rubber cushion replaces traditional steel coil springs for superior operation. GDS-100-BSF-LUD-65 is rated at 100 kg with an overall height of 160 mm. Strength and flexibility are achieved by utilizing a multi-part rig, capable of up to 20 mm of jounce. GDS-100-BSF-LUD-65 is mounted with a 73 mm x 73 mm top plate (58 mm x 58 mm bolt hole pattern) using 4 bolts and nuts (INCLUDED). The swivel section contains 2 sets of ball bearings for easy maneuverability. Bearing raceway sleeves made from hardened steel prevent scouring to the aluminum frame, leading to high performance and dependable reliability. Moving is easy thanks to a 100 mm diameter cast polyurethane (A90) wheel with an aluminum core, fitted with 2 precision bearings. An integrated axle shaft is machined to provide reinforcement for smooth rolling. The specially designed rubber cushion (A65) absorbs even the slightest vibrations. Once positioned, apply the foot pedal brake to make the unit stationary. When it is time to move again, simply release the pedal brake to restore the freedom of mobility.
