Cool wort faster with the Craft a Brew Clover Wort Immersion Chiller – 5 Gallon, a copper immersion chiller designed to reduce cooling time for 5 gallon homebrew batches. Featuring a proprietary clover-shaped copper coil, this immersion chiller helps brewers reach yeast pitching temperatures more efficiently while supporting improved brew day workflow and fermentation preparation.
Constructed from copper for efficient heat transfer, the chiller includes 25 feet of 3/8" outer diameter copper tubing formed into a compact clover configuration designed for increased cooling surface contact. The immersion chiller fits common 20 quart and 32 quart brewing kettles used in 5 gallon brewing systems.
Rapid wort chilling helps reduce the amount of time wort remains in the temperature range most vulnerable to contamination after boiling. Faster chilling may also help brewers achieve cold break, which can assist with clarity by encouraging proteins and brewing solids to separate from suspension during cooling.
The chiller arrives pre-assembled with a 3/4" female garden hose brass swivel adapter and stainless steel worm clamps for water hookup. Compatible with outdoor garden hoses and indoor brewing setups using the optional faucet adapter.
